Robert Lee Berendzen, Jr. is a second generation carpenter and cabinetmaker from St. Louis, Missouri. His father, Bob Berendzen Sr., founded Berendzen Construction in 1987 and worked on countless homes with sons Robert Jr. and George until his death in 2018. Robert Jr. founded RLB Cabinetworks, LLC in 2019, and now provides custom cabinets and remodels. He has a keen eye for design and optimizing the functionality of his projects.

Robert creates the custom cabinetry that helps separate RLB Cabinetworks, LLC from the average contractor. With an eye for design, Robert comes up with unique ideas for each job. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University.
